what do these mean?

The aim of my business is to deliver fast and efficient service to clients relocating and moving products safely and securely.
My service (courier) provides same day delivery of your goods directly to your stated location. I will cover goods using blankets and straps to ensure your product is safe from any unpredictable damage during transportation.
Communication is essential. You will have regular updates stating the status of your consignment and the time it will reach its destination including any delays
I am very flexible on times, including bank holidays and weekends.

***Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. My quote is based on the items stated. I fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but I do ask my clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then I do reserve the right to charge additional costs.

***My service is ground floor to ground floor if you require me to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand. (Failure to do so may incur an extra charge).

***Assistance required lifting in and out of van with heavy or bulky items.

Payment terms:
- Cash on collection or delivery.
-Bank Transfer within 24 hours prior to job
