He kept me very well informed throughout, he made himself available to suite me timeframe. The vehicle was collected from the car dealer at the time and date stated. Alan gave me a call when he collected the car and confirmed the delivery time and date (the following morning). Alan delivered the car the following morning having driven through the night and dropped it off exactly on time as planned.
