On the day l discovered this company had booked a driver at 1015am and he was based at the other side of London and was unable make the pick up . I called Loadx to find out what had happened and they refused to answer the phone or respond to text , the only way they would communicate was via WhatsApp and were very sarcastic and rude . I had a really awful experience with this company and would never use them for anything again | |
