Roy was responsive in both email and telephone communication and very helpful and adaptive. His quote was very reasonable and his service was excellent. He kindly waited when the seller of goods went away for three weeks and he held the quote open. He liaised directly with both me and the seller for convenience, arranging pick up and drop off directly with us. This was very helpful as some couriers do not do this. When the seller returned, he was very prompt in arranging pick up and delivery and he was on time for his booked delivery slot. Given we generally work to schedule at our end, he was an excellent choice for our purposes. He was also very friendly and polite which was nice. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend him and I imagine that regardless of the circumstances, he would be clear and prompt in communication which is always a great baseline. As an aside I was mighty impressed by his ability to carry a hefty heavy solid wood table by himself so clearly not shy of making an effort to get the job done! | Gas Cooker | samwilding068 | Collected a cooker and matching hood, the items weren't secured within the van and while transporting the goods damage was caused to the cooker hood!
I've ended up out of pocket as the replacement hood has cost £60. Think twice before using this service!
Response:Customer had not told seller to secure all loose items on the cooker and as a result 1 of the heavy rings on top fell and landed on the cooker hood I did not charge for the delivery which was 45.00 and offered to find a replacement as part was my fault but customer wasn't up for this I did try accidents do happen and I always try to resolve the issue but not in this case as customer didn't want to know all I can say again SORRY | |
