Ten days later (4/1) I got an invoice through the door stating my item collection date was 28/12 and that I had to pay outstanding balance of the delivery fee. I tried calling the mobile number on the letter but it went straight to voicemail I tried calling the number provided by delivery quote and again it went straight to voicemail. Finally I looked up the company website and tried the main office number and the district office number listed there - both were disconnected. I contacted delivery quote compare and they apologised and refunded my deposit. So, a word of advice, don't choose revolution removals for your delivery. Not it you ever want to get your item! | |
