He was courteous and friendly throughout the whole time and reassuring, which helped me as this was a new experience for me. I had arranged three people around it and have paid a deposit which I now may have lost. The fact that I had to message rather than them informing me makes it worse. Response:Like we explained driver was involved rtc on route that morning as soon as we could we made contact and apologized for any inconvenience we have also arranged to do jov this Friday | |
