| 1 x Motorcycle: honda nt700v | Mark was a busy man and I didn't have a set time or day for my assignment, but he did fulfill the job. I just have one criticism Mark should communicate better and respond to sent messages or other requests like photos when ask for, as it reflects well on the website and himself.
Tip was given but was nearly withheld.

Delivery was promised at a date and time to suit the courier but my bike did not arrive until 53 hours later following repeated calls from me and promises to call me back from the courier that never materialised. On more than one occasion I worried I may never see it again! When my bike did arrive it was well secured and handled carefully by the friendly and helpful driver. Real shame as I don't like to leave negative feedback and could so easily have been prevented. | |

Initial correspondence was terrible, after many texts I could not get a time or date for collection and delivery. When the van did arrive it was an operator the courier had appointed to carry out the job on his behalf so not what was advertised. The job was to transport a motorcycle however the van had no ramps or hold down points for strapping. The driver requested a hand to lift the bike into the van, the bike is a BMW 1200 GS....a very big bike, the van was turned away.

It was completely out of my hands, I was told delivery would be mid day, he arrived at 7.30pm. He was 4 hours late for pick up. Not drivers fault, he has no control over where he goes next, so is unable to schedule accurate arrival times . | |
