We are delighted to be venturing into road haulage with the launch of a new social enterprise delivery service in spain and uk with entire european routes.

The project which will run initially in the form of a 1.9t to 7.5t dispatch van was launched on the 19th May and will test the water to see how much of a demand there is for this service out with our Borders membership who have already indicated a need and are using the service regularly, The project has been financed using all our own hard earned cash with no grant funding.

The hope is that demand will be high enough to double capacity and employ two full time drivers by the end of the year and use the project to offer 'real life' work experience and employment opportunities to anyone who needs it most, the project also brings the opportunity of more variety within the social enterprise sector, we all hope for a day when you can buy everything you need from within our own sector.
