***We are based in Devon & Cornwall, and offer regular collection/ delivery service in the area on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.***

We are proud to be able to offer reliable services due to our commitment to deliver our customers’ item(s) using our own drivers.

All our vehicles are fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind.

Please provide the following information BEFORE ACCEPTING OUR QUOTE:

1. Date & time of collection and delivery (immediate/flexible/fixed collection/delivery)
2. Please provide a list of items
3. Parcel weight and dimensions

PAYMENTS:

Please make sure you’ve paid for the services before the delivery. We won’t be able to deliver your parcel before the payment has been recorded.

Quoted price is for a ground floor to ground floor (1 MAN) delivery, unless agreed and confirmed by us in advance. If you require a 2 MAN service, please let us know.

Help to load/unload must be provided at both ends where a parcel is too large (>40kg) to be handled by 1 MAN. If there is no help available, we may charge you a minimum of £35+VAT on top of the agreed price.

If this item is going into London and is within a congestion charging zone, this will be charged on top of the transport cost, unless agreed otherwise.

PACKAGING:

Please make sure that items are labelled with the delivery name, address, and contact number.

All items must be wrapped in a way so that they cannot be damaged.

Your item(s) will be secured inside one of our vans during transit but may also be stored at our depot between collection and delivery.


HAZARDOUS/ PROHIBITED ITEMS:

We do not carry waste, hazardous / highly flammable products, illegal substances, or weapons. Shipment of any prohibited items shall be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

COVID-19: We offer collection/ delivery to the front door or safe place if required.

BREXIT - Your Goods will now have to be customs cleared in the UK and the EU..Please note we are unable to offer a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service. Any duties and local taxes incurred in the destination country will need to be paid by the receiver of your goods before we can deliver them. We will require the necessary information to complete the customs document for you. The price quoted does not include and VAT and DUTY, SENDER MUST BE ABLE TO PRINT ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
