my business is bike transport we inspect before collection and photograph the bike load and secure wheel chock and straps making sure not to put pressure on the folks as not to damage the the seals and keep the customer updated through out the journey and finally 30 minutes before ETA. Then unload photograph the bike making sure customer is happy.
