Simon is a man who takes his work in the most professional capacity and actually looks the bike over in the way that you would’ve liked to have done had you been there yourself. This he does without asking or explanation and cooperating with the seller I was able to hear the bike started from cold for example! There are a number of most unpleasant delays caused by third parties but Simon simply put into a local hotel and I paid for the bike by oh900 the following morning. Here is a friendly enthusiastic and exemplary professional who I would commend to move any bike of mine. All they have done is suspend his account with them which doesn't really help me. Now have to go through the Action fraud organisation and my bank to get my money back. No guarantee of that either. Simon Rixon lied throughout about why he couldn't complete the job and that he would return the money but 6 weeks on I'm still waiting. My advice in hindsight is don't pay any carrier the balance until the job is done. Harsh lesson learnt. | |

I paid him £252 to pick up a scooter from Tavistock, then delivery it to me up in Beverley, East Yorkshire. It was agreed by all parties that the scooter was going to be picked up from Devon on the Tuesday 17th May, and delivered to me in Beverley, as I was going on holiday on the Friday.
I gave Simon the contact details of the seller. On Tuesday at 11.00am, I was informed by the seller that the courier wasn't going to pick the scooter up till Thursday. I then spoke to the courier who said he was back home in Halifax, he had got caught in traffic for 6 hours, and his hotel was double booked. Today we are some 15 days on, and still no sign of a refund!!!!! Response:So this idiot has admitted I attempted to collect his bike and I got stuck in a 5 hour traffic jam that I sent video evidence off then I got to Cornwall at 11.30 at night got to my hotel for them to tell me they double booked my room and was not willing to pay 150 for a room else were and I couldn't sleep in the van because I suffer from anxiety so that day I drove for 22 hours so tried to replan for 2 days later but this guy had no consideration because it was going to be 2 days late but I could not do anything about the traffic and sent full video evidence so your unfair review means nothing because the world is full off ungrateful people and bitter outstanding reviews for over 2 years idiot | |

was on Wednesday then Thursday midday then Thursday night and then finally didn't wait a minute for me to sort the payment 10 minutes would have paid for the effort Response:This guy was messing the seller about he had already been to see the bike but still wanted to pay for the bike when I got then his payment didn't go through the bank blocked it then I left he phones 40 mins later saying he got through to the bank and there willing to release the funds so I said pay for your bike then I will go back in the morning went back in the morning he still had not paid for what am I ment to do the guy didn't no his ear from his even the seller phones me to tell me he is a messer so don't tell me it was a shit job just because your bank fucked up that's your problem that cost you because time is money to me and you wasted mine | |

It got to about 10.30 and I hadn’t heard anything so I text him, expecting him to be in Scotland. He was in fact on his way to Essex on a different job. He’d get my bike tomorrow he said. Ok, wasn’t exactly happy but ok. The next day was when petrol stations started running out of petrol so he didn’t go, as my bike was in a remote part of Scotland and he did want to take the risk of running out of fuel. This time he’d get it on Wednesday. Wednesday came, more excuses, including fuel, even though by now it was obvious that there was plenty of fuel about. Rearranged for Saturday this time. He did go to Scotland this time but didn’t make to my bike till the Sunday. And to top it off, I had an issue transferring payment for the because of a bank issue. He had no patience for this. It took me just under an hour to get the payment through, but it didn’t matter, he was long gone. Given how how many times he’d let me down and the amount of money I’d given him, I don’t think waiting 1 hour was too much. When he said he wasn’t waiting I got in touch with another firm who picked my bike up 4 hours later and delivered it the next day, for way less than Simon charged. Wish I’d gone with them first. Response:Sent me to highlands and didn't have the funds to pay for his bike because he can only send £1000 a day from his bank I had the expenses of hotel and fuel cost to come back with an empty van it wasn't my fault you had a bank account for a 2 year old kid and your full of bull because it took 4 hours for you pay for your because the seller told me make sure this wasn't get ripped of letting him pay for his bike when I arrived then he does me over | |
