| Transport a saw frame from Birmingham to Leeds | marklink | The guy accepted the job he quoted for, then we heard nothing so we phoned him and he said he knew nothing about it and then 'remembered' arranged to pick our package up so I then confirmed with our client. The day he was supposed to collect our parcel he emailed saying his van had been stolen so we would have to sort something else out. When I emailed my dispointment I then get a 'short' reply!!. I would never use this guy again and the website apologised and said they would investigate it further. | |
