I was getting stressed at the thought of buying a car without being present and thinking that I would have to juggle the garage with a transporter. Paul negated this and just asked for the garage’s number, he did the rest! He was the man in the middle and I was able to relax. He has a very polite and friendly telephone manner. I would use again if needed, very reliable and kept me up to date.
I was pleased to see that they were using masks and gloves to drive the vehicle off of the transporter in order to comply with social distancing and health guidance during this pandemic.

However, never called once. I had to do all the chasing. Was supposed to be with me at 2:00pm. Then said delivery for Wednesday will be cancelled. Then miraculously whilst I was asleep, turned up and delivered the car at 01:45am. Unbelievable! Completely out of hours and I was fast asleep.
Would be good if times even an hour or two would be adhered to and would stick with the arranged date and time.
On the plus side, car was delivered safely.

And has ever since denied any responsibility. He has not given me his insurance details despite repeat requests and he has nor repaid his full fee.. I now doubt he has insurance. I have had no recompense from Delivery Quote either. I went elsewhere in the end. I have paid twice, got a damaged car, wasted my time and been abused in return for my custom. Give a wide berth. | |
