I am a one man operation operating a SWB Transit van, I specialise in round the clock haulage services and can be called upon night and day. With my van I can fit in 2 pallets and carry up to a ton in weight. I am more than happy to carry anything from a small box right up to a full load. Car parts are also acceptable as long as they are clean and dry (all oil and coolant removed etc) and there is something at both ends to lift them out whether it's a forklift or an engine crane.
