| 1 x Car / SUV: ford fiesta | zmanrsf | This company isn’t professional at all.Booked a transport which was close like 25 miles away on the 24th of december,calls me on the 27 to say he that he will pick up the car on the 30th.Called him on 30th for update and he said he texted me on the 28th to give him a release nite for the car.I never got the messages ,never mind.I sent the release note on the 30th and he said will go immediately to pick up the car at around 3pm.He arrived at 4:10pm which was to late to collect the car from copart(you need to be before 4pm),but i think he lied that was there.called him again on the 30th after 4pm and he promised the next day he will be first thing in the morning to collect but surprise the next day he didn’t respond to my calls.Because of him i had to pay fees 3 days for storage.Don’t recommend. Response:1. You didnt clearly state that the collection was from copart which you can spend hours in waiting ti get loaded. 2. you were sent a text that you did not reply to 3.if you ring copart they will confirm that they were turning drivers away as the large number of vehicles that they already had i the yard. 4. how can I collect a car with no buyer number? in future you need to be more clear when using sites like this | |
