I used MANOVAN he was the cheapest I even offer extra money as he was taking both chairs. Anyway chairs got collected and kept them for almost two weeks and they was not delivered. Kept getting excuses when we had to constantly chase for updates , the eBay buyer who was getting the chairs was getting fobbed off when she was waiting in all day for delivery she was promised on more than one occasion , we could of coped if was kept in the loop. But we was not , we had to chase them a lot we heard excuses about the van , then we was told they was getting delivered then the driver clocked off. Final straw then. Obviously waiting for other jobs in the area to make it worth their while and fobbed us off in the meantime. Wasn’t professional I had to get the chairs back and deliver myself after almost two week of them keeping the chairs. Wasn’t impressed at all with MANOVAN but use them if you want to chase for updates , worry for almost two weeks and get constant messages from you buyer who was getting impatient because MANOVAN couldn’t let us know what was happening or even do the job. I’m sure they’ll reply with some excuse. But the fact is they failed , kept my good for almost two weeks caused grief all because they didn’t want the job! Personally I’d avoid. | |
