I was promised a call on the Friday before but nothing and when i called no one answered when i spoke to someone on the Saturday they wanted to pick up at 5pm which meant a drop of at 1am which was a joke, when i spoke to the so called driver he was shouting and swearing at me i cancelled the collection as the whole thing was a shambles.
I have all my texts which quote the times i requested and it clearly states midday at the latest im am now seeking my money back from this company i can assure you this feedback is genuine unlike Response:Syrius?? Im told you what time im come 4 days before. You say "perfect"(check massage) Im give you two option about delivery. Before 10pm or next day 9am. You cancel me 3 h before im come(any way im make 100 miles ready when you cancel. Not idea why you say call 27 times. Im have 2 miss callls and next 10 mins im call you back. We speak once. Dont know why you say im not be nice for you, mayby you have bad day. Mayby you fill beter. Any way. This my first negative and just happends. Im not see car and custometr cancel me before we start. | |
