I am a 24 hour, 7 days a week operation, 365 days a year, so you can be sure of a more tailored experience! Any goods that are classed as fragile or delicate will be blanketed and webbing strapped for your peace of mind. Nothing is ever too much trouble! Invoice/POD will be provided.

| A KS bed base and matresss | 1957cait | NEVER AGAIN ... A bed ( pics sent before the bed was picked up ) was ripped /ruined ...Simon was so nice that I was reluctant to write this but I feel angry that although he is Apperantly insured he won't own up to causing the rips on the mattress ... It took him 2hrs 15 mins to get 65 miles at a quiet time of evening .. The seekers of the bed said he didn't help their two sons to load the mattress which was very heavy ( being originally a 3k bed ) a Beethoven HYPNOS mattress .. Whis is ruined ... In the dark I thought only one corner was damaged, but in the light of day found several areas ... IM OUT OF POCKET HAS HAD TO PAY TO GET RID OF IT AS IT WAS SO DAMAGED it wasn't fit for purpose the steelers are upset at what happened .. As said above they have pics of the mattress UNDAMAGED apart from a bit of a dirty mark ON THE BASE which they had told me about and sent pics of beforehand ... The sellers were so upset they offered to get me a new mattress FREE and send their sons down from Stockport to Blackpool to remove the mattress for me as this bed was going to be given to a family that had been homeless and would shortly be getting a house ... I reluctantly emailed Simon ( as he had seemed so nice ) and asked him if the mattress had been handled in the almost 2 and a half hour journey ( which is a very long time to deliver at a 7:15 pick up ) I didn't care about that TBH it was the fact he wouldn't own up to the damaged caused .... WHAT USE IS INSURANCE if one can't prove CATAGORICALLY that a item left A to get to B in perfect condition ( which we have pics to show it did ) ...
