Dear Customer, our quotes includes :
- Luton van with tail lift or LWB transit and Two Men (Who work professionally with ten years experience.
- Our people work carefully, safely and quickly.
- Our vans are staffed with professional equipment ( blankets, straps[belts], trolley etc):
- We offer professional assemble/disassemble service for only 15-30GBP extra.
-Dear customer our bids are based on the number of items you provided in the inventory list.
-Please confirm full inventory list (number of boxes/bags/furniture or estimated volume of load).
-Please inform us of any extra items before accepting the bid. Thank you

Prices for the packing/unpacking services:
-£4/box (without packing/unpacking)
-£7/box(medium and large) including packing service
-£15/wardrobe box
NOTE! Prices for the packing services consist of an additional charge, not included in the quoted price.

By accepting our quote, you also accept our T & C.Thank you for considering our quote.

If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either collection or delivery address then a waiting charge of £40 per 1 hour will be charged.
We offer 2 men for every quote, but more can be provided on request. It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home or place of work, because if dismantling and assembling are needed then extra charges will apply.
Parking and Congestion Charge are not included in offers (Unless otherwise stated).
All the arrangements regarding the parking space must be made by the customer (including any parking fees or permits).
Please ALWAYS advice what floors both properties are on as this will enable us to provide the right quote. If this isn't done there will be extra charge.
Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing then extra charges may be incurred. Please confirm the date and time with us before accepting our quote to ensure that your requested date/time slot is still available. We will try to be flexible and do our best to accommodate your needs. All damages must be reported on delivery or within 24 hours, otherwise, insurers will not accept the claim.
