Accepted the job with a day fixed to pick up
at the last moment cancelled the job, this was after paying the deposit for the job.
Atleast should have the courtesy to call and cancel, i had to chase the person to get more details.
Hope they don't do this again, as i have also read some good reviews. Response:The job was booked without contacting us for availability then we were expected to collect and deliver almost immediately, this was also over the Christmas period. We did speak to the customer to explain that we were fully booked and suggested they relist the job. | |
