Tried to rearrange, on an actual date, and initially this was accepted and then cancelled. Seems to subcontract work out which leave you having to speak to 3 different people to try and organise a time for collection. Then advised me to phone a different van company (any Van) to resolve it, they wouldn't speak to me as I wasnt the account number. Total farce, would not use this site again | |
