| 2 post car ramp | hope-devereux | Not collected Response:This was booked in for a Saturday collection Asked if we could collect and deliver to same day Friday No go as per Mr Devereux Sent my driver direct from last delivery point of Leicester on Saturday morning To collect Bristol at 09.00 The customer wasn't on site arranged a full day of shooting when I contacted the collection point sender on his mobile He did say he was on site all day on the Friday which was a missed window of opportunity I He did also state that the whole site was under lock and key and could not be done until Monday Huge costs.. Driver. Wages. Diesel. Up keep and cost of the van For nothing Nothing. More than abuse and complaints from Mr Devereux Which from the information supplied was not much help Given all this I was less than pleased, but given that people always seem to blame anyone else than the person responsible I wasn't in a position to argue with a person who only wanted to hear there own voice and wouldn't have accepted there down fall Full refund given even after our overheads in the end were much greater than the job it's self would have made us I put it down to poor planning on his behalf We always accommodate all requirements and needs and always strive to serve our customers, We can only work on the information given to us and cannot work with anything else We trust and endeavour to respond on the information from the customer and work for you | |

Firstly the job was accepted and payment was requested from Chris, which was sent when requested. I then received a date the job would be done. After that complete silence, absolutely no communication at all for almost 2 weeks. Then gets in contact with another date as he had van trouble, gave him the benefit of the doubt and said to do the job then. Again didn’t do the job and there was no communication! Requested a refund from him early January and am still waiting for my money back in February. Keeps promising it will be replayed by certain dates and then breaks his promises. If you are looking for s courier I would strongly advise avoiding this company, maybe spending a little more to get someone who will actually do the job and communicate. As of this moment I have been left with no option but to take things further to get back my money that he has taken for a job that he never did. Disgusting service, no communication and In my eyes a complete cowboy. Avoid at all costs. | |

This guy's a complete joke, good at taking your money then try and get him to commit to deliver your car that's a different story. Avoid this person at all costs, paid him two weeks ago to bring a car up to fife failed miserably on the contract and still waiting on our refund. If you need any more info on his work ethic, it's more than you can expect from Chris all he can do is text excuses, as I said earlier avoid at all cost, plenty other reliable delivery drivers out there, one which we eventually used. | |

He failed to show up and after repeatedly calling him, text me a vague excuse and asked to rearrange. I was no longer able to contact him after this, he did not turn up on the second arranged date, I still can not contact him. Scum enough to steal from me a week before Christmas. PLEASE BE AWARE IF HE ATTEMPTS TO QUOTE YOU ON OTHER SITES. After lots of chasing on my part eventually gave me a date for collection - and then never showed. After much more chasing I was told they didn’t show due to a “breakdown” and wanted to reschedule... needless to say I wasn’t keen given the lack of communication and unreliability. So far has not responded to my request for a refund either, so there’s another surprise. My advice is go with someone more reputable! | |
