| French Style Coffee Table With Glass Top | i.o-carroll | Accepted his quote but upon delivery he wanted more. Claimed he stayed in a hotel because the items location had restricted opening hours even though access was available until 515pm mon-fri and 1pm on Saturday. Lied to my .mum, saying I said i would go half on the hotel, when I did no such thing, was very rude to my mother and again to me on the telephone. When you accept a price that should be it and it is up to to the courier to commit to that. Response:Thank you for your feedback I believe the negative is just as important as the positive to give a true balance of that is when it is when it is factual and of course truthful the first the hotel I stayed in was the pattern Parker Road Warrington at a cost of £43 at no time did i ask you or your mother to pay half as regards opening times the first time I tried to collect was on the Saturday when I was Runcorn approximately 20 minutes away the facility closed at 1pm which I would suggest is unusual for a storage facility. The second time was on the Wednesday due to my route timetable and traffic the timing would be after 5pm you were informed of that I them said to you I can stay in Warrington overnight and collect at 8am so you could have the table as far as an additional cost was concerned it was pointed out it will cost me additional money but because it was outside what the bid was I would leave the amount up to you at the time you led me to believe this was acceptable so instead of going home I stayed over trying to give customer service and to avoiding you having to wait when I arrived with the table I was paid the quoted price and informed that is it at which time the coffee table was placed in the porch as requested. Then after speaking to you personally that was that for which I have no problem just chalk it up to experience shame really because most people are not that way, again thank you for your feedback but please do not attack my moral compass and accuse me of telling lies I was brought not to if you read other comments you will find them positive Thank you regards | |
