Picked up our goods with no problems. Took extra care to ensure goods were not damaged. They put every effort and every angle possible to get the item inside the property, with no luck as the sofa was just too big and the angle and distance between the porch door and front door didn’t help either.
Good news my wife and I got the sofa in later by taking off the side arms.

DELIVERY WAS ACCEPTED – WAS MEANT TO BE SAME DAY DELIVERY GAVE HIM OUR OPENING TIMES AND WHERE BEING COLLECT FROM WITH THERE TIMES.
WAS AGREED A DATE FOR PICK AND AND DELIVERY – WAS COLLECTED NOT DELIVERED WAS TOLD 2 DAYS LATER WOULD DELIVERED NO SHOW THEN TOLD ON SATURDAY WHICH WE AGREED. CALLED AT 09.30AM WAS 25 MILES AWAY WE CALLED THEM AT 1PM (WAS DUE TO CLOSE AT 2PM) NO PICK UP CALLED AT 2PM MY WORKER STAYED BEHIND FOR 2 HOURS WAITING WHICH I HAD TO PAY CALLED AGAIN AT 3PM STILL 25 MILES AWAY !!!! NO SHOW.
SPOKE TO ON MONDAY SAID WOULD BE HERE – NO SHOW THEN CALLED AND AGREED WENESDAY BY 12.30 STILL NO SHOW CALLED AGAIN APPARENTLY WASNT AWARE OF DELIVERY. AGREED FOR TODAY.

| 4 pallets of kitchen units and worktops gratin. | michaelcrowcroft | The service I received from parcel patrols was shambolic !
They arrived to collect four pallets of a bespoke kitchen in a long wheel based van and proceeded to unload the pallets into their van.
The units are all damaged, which they state they were when they collected them from the warehouse.
I would like a full refund of any monies paid to your company and would like compensation for a ruined bespoke kitchen.
I will be seeking legal advice from my solicitor on how to proceed further !!! Response:Hello Mr Crowcroft We are sorry you have not had a great experience with the service. The bespoke kitchen you are referring to is a used kitchen which has also been used for display purposes. The kitchen has also previously been handled in transport (not by our company) and a pallet had dropped on two of the units causing a lot of damage. This information was provided by the director of the company who the kitchen was purchased from, and he also confirmed to us that you were aware that the kitchen was not in brand new condition when purchased and that they were looking to arrange replacements units to you. Also when the job was originally booked you advised that the job did not need completing for a few weeks, however a couple of days later we were advised by yourself that the complete kitchen needed moving on Thursday 24th May which was a short notice arrangement. In order to try and meet your requirements the only vehicle we had available was a long wheel based van. Unfortunately no refund can be processed as you have not made any payments to our company as of yet, the only payment that has been made is the deposit paid to the website. We will still be looking to receive payment for the delivery of the goods and will also be seeking legal advice should it be necessary. I apologise if you still feel we have let you down.
