Got car loaded to transporter by fork lift and not think how he is going to off load. Putting us in very painfull situation. Spent two hours to take it off by us very little help from driver. Response:Hello. Thank you for your honest opinion. Our drivers are experienced and trained well , unfortunately they are not authorized to use other equipment provided, like fork lift truck, from safety reason. Car was loaded on Copart , and we were aware you that needs to be unloaded by the same way, because car has no keys, blocked steering wheel and blocked, turned wheels.
