I spoke to the driver who said that the office would get in touch. I had to call them instead as they didn't contact me again. The seller contacted me on the day of collection as he had not heard from the courier. It was late afternoon by this time. I had to call the driver again to ask him to contact the seller and notify him when he was likely to pick up, I was told it would not be until after 8pm! The delivery to me was due on Sunday, but the courier changed it to Monday morning first thing as they had problems on Sunday. At least the item was delivered safe and sound in th end, but communication could have been better. | |

The seller requested they were contacted the day before collection to arrange to be at the collection site to meet the courier. They were contacted the same day as the proposed collection to say they would be there late afternoon or evening. This was not convenient to the seller so a revised collection date of the Saturday was agreed. I rang the courier on Sat a.m. to see if they were on their way to collect my goods. They weren't. They stated they would call me back when they had checked their diary, so when I reminded them of the arrangement they had made for Saturday, the person on the phone (who was not Barry) became aggressive and abusive towards me, calling me a 'Cocky F***' and stating they wouldn't now be doing the job and hung up the phone. It would seem the process of contracting to do the work within an agreed period and sticking to the arrangements is not something they consider important and as far as their communications and customer relations............this feed back speaks for it's self. Response:Once the job was accepted we tried for 3days before collection to contact the seller having left messages we had no response, we then got told we had been given the wrong number meaning we had wasted time and money for nothing! We then said we would "TRY" and collect Saturday. We then had a call from this "gentleman " asking when we would be getting there to collect to which I asked if we could call him back once we had stopped his reply was "no just answer me now" so I explained that my grandad had spoke to him about this not me so it will be better to talk to him in 20mins when we stop. His response to this was "look is the f**kin job being done today or not" to which I asked not to be spoken to like that as we are doing him a favor as most couriers would of told him to get someone else after the mess about we had originally. So he told me he was going to "make it nice and f**king easy for me" so I then interrupted him and told him "I'll make it easy sir poke your job you arragant f**ker". We are not rude to customers but I won't be continuously spoke to like that when all I was trying to do is help him!! This feedback counts for nothing read the majority it speaks for itself | |

They are probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.
After 4 weeks of 'We're collecting it tomorrow' or 'We'll be doing the job on Thursday' I cancelled them.
A host of unanswered calls, nil response to emails and texts and left messages then when I did get to talk to the guy despite me being polite he talked over me and was extremely rude and claimed I was trying to add items to the the job. This wasn't the case - it was his own ignorance of how the site works - He didn't even know that there is an option to add items to the listing which shouldn't make any difference anyway because his quote was based on cubic capacity.
Avoid at all costs!

It ended up that my husband tried to lift the old suite and damaged his back and the new suite arrived before the old one was picked up.Didn't up until the 7/4/12. Thank god for the lads from csl they brought in the new one and were kind enough with a good neigbour who took the old suite into their garage then barry promised to pick up on saturday (2 days late ) which he did and then told my daughter in law in ivybridge that they would drop this off on sunday first thing. He did not arrive on the sunday until 3pm and then was quite rude to her saying that there was nobody to help him she had arranged for somebody to be there on the saturday 7/4/12 when it should have been delivered and then had also arranged for somebody to be there on the sunday morning 8/04/12 but yet again he let us down with the delivery details let me just say that he was very rude to my daughter in law and also did not keep any of us informed of what was going on.
