We are a small transport and removals business with extensive experience with long route transportation and short route multi-drop deliveries.
We also carry out office and house moves, specialist antique and fragile items and freight haulage.

We aim to provide affordable prices for excellent service. We believe in the good old "customer is king" ethos and we apply it to how we operate.

We aim to deliver an above board service, with fast and efficient deliveries across the South East and Mainland UK.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Items/Shipments should be ready for pick up upon arrival to collect. This allows us to be on time for other customers as well.

2. We reserve the right to refuse or charge additional costs for incorrect description of goods, additional goods not stipulated in the bidding process, wrong or alternative addresses.

2.1 If there are additional items that need to be collected, please inform us as soon as possible in advance.

3. Payment is only either before or on collection or delivery of goods unless agreed upon before collection of items.

4. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non completion of jobs caused by circumstances outside of our control i.e. weather, major traffic delay, customer delays, accidents etc.
If this happens we will contact you immediately and aim to deliver at the earliest possible time.

5. Upon accepting a bid, we will arrange a pick up and/or delivery within 5 working days. If a date is stipulated in the bidding process, we will book in the requested date and arrange times with you.

6. Please make sure that items that need to be dismantled are dismantled prior to the agreed loading time/ day to avoid unexpected delays to our schedule that would impact other customers. If you require dismantling of items we can do so for a small extra cost as this requires extra time.

7. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for 'act of God' or natural events like flooding that may affect us carrying out a job. Please note that these events are becoming more frequent. We would appreciate your patients and understanding as much as possible in the event of such incidents.
