| Pashley Tri-1 Trike Red 21 Speed Rear Basket Adults needs new tyres | john-465977 | Very disappointed, didn't realize that this was a one-man operation, it was a delicate pickup as the couple didn't wish to be disturbed to much, the agreed pickup day and time were changed to suit the courier/van driver, then on the way to collect had a mysterious illness, they then failed to answer phones and generally became suspiciously awkward, the company delivery quote compare need to be aware of this as the excellent service they provide is spoilt by others Response:hi sorry that you feel this way but if you look closely on this site you will see that I am a sole trader and have only one van on the road I could not help getting ill when I was on the road and ending up in hospital for a few days all I can do is to say sorry plus I found another courier to do this work for you thanks vinnie | |
