I needed to transport a large ficus tree from Hampshire to London; not the easiest things to pack in a van due to volume alone(well, and the fact that you can't fold it). Very few couriers were interested in this kind of job but I got a quote from this provider almost straight away.
We were kept well informed and updated, both me and the sender, thorough the process with polite texts and emails.
On delivery day the driver arrived well on time for collection as well as delivery. Help was kindly offered to carry the plant around the house, which was much appreciated.
Best of all, my tree arrived undamaged and in great shape :-)
Couldn't be happier with the service. I would recommend this provider without reservations and I hope I can deal again with them in the future.
