BE WARNED!! Response:We did try to call you on the morning of collection, but no one answered the telephone. our van waited around for two hours finally we got a call at 1pm Are we expected to wait around all day to confirm collection? The Couriers never handle deposits so how can we refund something we have never received in the first place? Be Warned we have successful delivered over 20 jobs in the last month but if customers do not communicate then sometimes jobs go wrong. | |
