Poor communications all along, and when we followed up with him on the MORNING of the pickup, he cancelled citing personal reasons. He offered no alternative date. I had to scramble at the last minute to book a premium service which cost more than a regularly schedule delivery. If something sounds too good to be true it probably is, don't be lured in by low costs. You get what you pay for (or in my case, nothing but a major hassle). Overall very poor Response:unfair attitude it was reasonably priced we communicated with a man as customer had left when we we were loading we did say it could be done in two trips when loaded asked if happy with items in and strapped and secure his response was nothing to do with me it's the lady who booked our service we got to drop off of items they seemed happy if customer not satisfied say it before job is started and completed next time Go for something you know you will be happy with we give a service that budgets for people who need a reasonable pricing and we are full time couriers for over 5 yrs and do big company contracts and we have no negative feedback but all customers Have the right to there opions and that's fine | |
