TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The price for my regular route Newcastle Upon Tyne - London is depend of the space which will take your goods and the weight. The price for the rest jobs is determined by: Where are situated starting and ending locations; What is the distance between them; How long time needed for loading/unloading; Is there stairs or no, which floors are exactly and is there lift; Can I stop for long time close to the property and if impossible how long is the distance between the property and the area where I can stop.
1. Bid including Ford Transit Jumbo LWB High Roof - 11,5 m3 (4x1,8x1,6m) only for inventory list;
2. When you didn't provide list with the items the bid is for one journey (not for single items);
3. When you didn't provide size and weight of your goods the bid is for up to 1m3 space and up to 100kg load (except the house moves);
4. When you didn't provide which floors is exactly the bid is for ground floor to ground floor;
5. If you didn't provide specific time for pickup/delivery this mean that you are flexible and the job can be done between 7am-11pm.
6. The furniture must be easily moved in and out of properties;
7. Your items must be clean;
8. Failure to correctly all of your information will result in our missing other bookings I have that day and charges will apply. We reserve the right to make charge depending on the situation and the losses which will have because of that;
9. If I must stay and wait for someone to come on the pickup or delivery address there will be charge for that £30 up to an hour;
10. It's your responsibility to organize and provide everything what need to be collected. If there is something missing will be not my fault.
11. 50% cancellation fee will apply in advance prior to secure space for the goods (except when full payment require).
12. Bank transfer payment need to be paid in advance;
13. Fuel is included in the price, so I do not charge extra fees for this;
