Because my job was cancelled at very short notice, I didn't get to experience your service so I am unable to recommend to anyone else. In the end I had to use another company who could transport my vehicle tomorrow or I would have to pay a £500 penalty. The prices were reasonable and the quotes came in after a few hours. I would use this site again if I had another transport job I needed doing. | |

Left it until 10.45 on the day to call and advise that collection was cancelled. No real apology just a lot of talk about himself losing money etc etc and his injured hand. Had to find another company at very short notice which cost £125 more as it was an urgent collection. Response:Bang out of order. I apologised immediately at the start of our conversation and throughout. I tried my best to get a replacement transporter to cover the job as did James at Delivery Quote Compare. I "went on"about my hand to you was to explain how bad the injury was and as for mentioning my own losses? You asked "can you not just do this one?" I advised that if I could I would and it would be better for me if I could as this job was worth £250 to me and my return job much the same. I am not in the habit of just letting people.down and giving money away. I tried everything I could to cover the job but you got it covered first. As for it being urgent, this was on you; as you had messed the seller around for 2 month before finally arranging transport. I'm sorry you feel let down but this was literally completely out of my control. Ian. | |
