Dining table and chairs in gumtree | k8lay-1 | They were fantastic, their quote was the second lowest (very reasonable) the reason I went with them and not the actual lowest quote was because of the communication, they got back to me so quickly and I had never used this service before so were really patient with answering all my questions and were very helpful in explaining what was next. They dealt with other person and arranged times (they were flexible with this to) then again the communication was great on delivery day, I had a 2 hour time slot given to me, but they even rang when they were 15 minutes away. Response:Sadly this feedback is untrue and calls to this customer have not been returned. The collection of the doors was booked in for collection today. We again spoke to the seller yesterday who confirmed that the doors had to be collected by last week, as the buyer knew, as he was now abroad. He apologised for our inconvenience and explained he had cancelled the ebay purchase as the buyer had not complied with his requests. Response:This is completely untrue and unjust. We made early contract with the seller, who advised she was away for two weeks. She then made it very difficult to accommodate a collection in week 3. We never actually managed to arrange a collection date with the seller, so talk of "non-attendance" is untrue. When we contacted the seller about collecting in week 4 she said "they've already been collected"! You were aware of all of the above so I'm afraid your comments are lies and disgraceful. | |

No contact details for the seller were provided and the telephone number given for this customer, by her, was incorrect - making it extremely difficult to make contact. Contact with the Customer has been made, prior to this feedback being left and the items are booked for collection and delivery. Although I understand the frustration, any delays stem from not being given the information to arrange the collection and delivery as quickly as we would usually. The feedback is disappointing and harsh and seems odd when the Customer is happy for us to continue collecting and delivering the items.
