Delivery driver was pleasant and courteous. Price was fair especially when judged against other quotes. As it was one man driver had to lift the other end of heavy bookcase type display unit which was no problem for me and didnt mind but if you are older/infirm or have a disability you may have a problem allthough wheels were an option to put under unit so perhaps something could be sorted though the deliverer would have had a huge struggle on his own. For me 10/10 and would use again but something to bear in mind if you intend to transport large item. | |

We never actually managed to arrange a collection date with the seller, so talk of "non-attendance" is untrue. Contact with the Customer has been made, prior to this feedback being left and the items are booked for collection and delivery. Although I understand the frustration, any delays stem from not being given the information to arrange the collection and delivery as quickly as we would usually. The feedback is disappointing and harsh and seems odd when the Customer is happy for us to continue collecting and delivering the items.
