He apologised for our inconvenience and explained he had cancelled the ebay purchase as the buyer had not complied with his requests. Response:This is completely untrue and unjust. We made early contract with the seller, who advised she was away for two weeks. She then made it very difficult to accommodate a collection in week 3. We never actually managed to arrange a collection date with the seller, so talk of "non-attendance" is untrue. When we contacted the seller about collecting in week 4 she said "they've already been collected"! You were aware of all of the above so I'm afraid your comments are lies and disgraceful. | |

No contact details for the seller were provided and the telephone number given for this customer, by her, was incorrect - making it extremely difficult to make contact. Contact with the Customer has been made, prior to this feedback being left and the items are booked for collection and delivery. Although I understand the frustration, any delays stem from not being given the information to arrange the collection and delivery as quickly as we would usually. The feedback is disappointing and harsh and seems odd when the Customer is happy for us to continue collecting and delivering the items.
