| stressless Sofa Recliner And Footstools | pauline.andrews3 | Alex took great care of the furniture. The sofas were properly blanketed and secured in the back of his van. He collected them at the agreed time and was a little late on the delivery time but to be fair that was down to a long journey and unavoidable traffic issues. It was raining heavily when he arrived and he valiently tried to keep the furniture dry. One sofa came in easily enough through the front door but the bigger one proved too tricky and was taken down the side of the house and through a patio door at the back. Where it was left in the kitchen rather than the lounge. After Alex and his colleague left we didn't have any means of moving it other than dismantling it as it was too big and heavy to manoeuvre by myself and my husband. A tense hour later it was where it should be but it was quite a stressful experience! Response:Hi Pauline, thank you for the feedback.
