No fuss service. took control over the whole return issue and waited while the bed was checked in,verified clearance at the delivery end that is was in returnable condition (Land of Beds were a very difficult company as I had to quote consumers rights to return the bed)and pay for its return. In this situation I needed someone who new how to deal with the nature of the return confidently having informed him of the problems I have had with the company. Would use again. A month ago I was trying to find someone who could transport 4 enormous large solid oak wardrobes, two wooden double beds, four bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a load of crockery and glasses. Infact the listing field on the website couldn't take details of everything I needed to be transported. And it wasn't a short trip - from Bridport to London. The quotes came through and although Rick wasn't the cheapest, he wasn't the most expensive and his reviews shone out against all the others. I never take the time to write reviews but I appreciate that when you get lots of quotes you are never quite sure what the service might be like. Look no further - Rick is who should pick. Rick communicated the whole time, kept me informed. Spoke to the other end to arrange access to the house and organised extra manual labour. He was flexible when details changed (like no sofa bed but now 4 wardrobes not 2 wardrobes) But what sets Rick apart from other "mans and vans" is he is courteous, service orientated and forward thinking. He anticipates challenges and does what he can to avoid difficulties. Whether that's trying to get an enormous triple wardrobe down the stairs in one piece or how to pack the van to ensure nothing moves. You can see his mind whirring, working out the next steps to get the job done without damaging everything round him! I honestly can't recommend him enough. Infact a week later I recommended him to my brother to move yet more furniture. His price was fair and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was moved and during the evening which was more convenient for us. Thanks Rick - I will continue to spread the word and tell everybody why they should use you. You are a true star that stands out from the crowd. I hope you continue to thrive and grow. | |
