Although a truck issue delayed the pick up by a few days, Ben reassured me that he would pick up my car within a couple of days. On the day of pick up, Ben contacted me on arrival, sent me pics of it loaded up and emailed me a detailed report of the car and tick list ie how many keys, documents etc including more pics of the car including scratches and blemishes and also gave me estimated time of arrival. Ben collected my car from Aberdeen and delivered it 500+ miles to just outside Cardiff in one day and even managed a smile and a chat at the end of it. If like me your new to or unsure about trusting someone to deliver your pride and joy, then look no further than Ben, I would recommend him and would definitely use again. Despite a long journey from the North to the South of England the vehicle was delivered by 10.15am. Throughout the booking Ben remained in contact and gave a 30 minute warning for time of delivery.

The site is easy to use and when I rang to check how the site works the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using the site. Now onto the transporter company. I would 100% recommend this transporter company. They are friendly, professional and super efficient not to mention brilliantly priced. As I have said I had never done this before and Ben answered all my stupid questions promptly and nothing was too much trouble. He kept me informed all the way through the journey and even sent me a picture of the car I had bought whilst it was enroute. Absolute class company and Ben is a true gent. I wouldn't hesitate using him again and would recommend him to anyone. He updated me though out the day with his progress, and upon delivery he also helped me store my car safely in my garage.
