My registered company works locally and nationally using a Transit type long wheelbase high roofed van. We are fully insured including goods in transit cover. (Documents can be provided to verify this). We never use a third party company to complete the job. What we pick up we deliver. Our van is one person crewed. One or two persons can travel free of charge with the driver from point of loading to drop off destination.
