| A letter | andrew.horne1 | Overall, a positive experience. I specified the job, received a couple of quotes. However, I wanted more details, such as I wanted to specify the pick up date, and this wasn't really possible until I committed to the one of the quotes. As this is a brokerage - I didn't know who was the courier until the pick up, so there were doubts, but I went with one of the quotes and it all worked out. A little time intensive, but next time I will be more confident. | |
