| Side board | kellyarmstrong77 | Please avoid this man at all costs. I paid him to deliver a side board for me on the 20th January and deliver to my customer on the 21st January and he still has it!!! He failed to deliver it on 3 separate occasions, turned his phone off and made himself un contactable for over 30 hours. When I finally spoke to him he was abusive, I had to hang up on him without resolving the situation. He then sent me numerous text messages blaming me and being rude about the item he was supposed to be delivering for us. The website were helpful in trying to get the item back for me, they refunded my deposit straight away. The driver has dragged his feet and then finally gave us a delivery day for bringing the item back....that was today and guess what...he has not brought it back!!! We are £250 out of pocket, we have a very disappointed customer that did not get the item she really wanted and the last 2 weeks have been very stressful. We now have no option but to go up the police and report him for theft. Please please don't use this man! | |
