| Lion Statue | sam.sebbage | One of the items was removed from its crate in order to fit it in the van, this resulted in damage to the item. A second trip or a bigger van would have been a better solution. We were fully refunded. Response:Yes the goods did get damaged but before this was booked the dimensions which you stated were incorrect and we only found out at collection point if we had been aware it was bigger than what you stated we would of sent a bigger van. At the collection point my driver and your staff put the items in the van together. I'm sorry the item got scathed but once I was aware I offered to pay for the damaged goods to which you asked for a refund which I did straight away. This is the first time anything has been damaged while on any of my vehicles. | |
