| 1 x Car / SUV: Vouxhall Astra | alban_shegaj | It wouldn’t answer the phone next day, came up with something my truck broke down which it may be true, and wanted to delay the collection of the car, got my deposit back but not a very good experience to be honest.
Response:Dear customer, from time to time, cars/vans/trucks break down. Unfortunately my truck was broken down this day. I did try to arrange pick up on alternative day but you did't accept it.
