I came to Southampton ferry terminal at this day and couldn’t buy tickets at terminal as well. I drove to Southampton 200 miles for your car and came back to home empty, I lost my fuel and time as well, believe me, it wasn’t nice situation for me | |

Response:Dear customer, from time to time, cars/vans/trucks break down. Unfortunately my truck was broken down this day. I did try to arrange pick up on alternative day but you did't accept it. Everything has reported to this website for the clarity of the situation. I hope you did collect your car on the day you needed it. best regards Jarek | |
