We offer a fast, reliable and prompt service for all your general light haulage or courier delivery requirements, from one parcel/pallet to a full load anywhere in the UK; I am your man with a van.
We can collect and deliver up to 1600kg in pay load - 18 cubic metre load space. Our curtain sided vehicle with rear barn doors can carry upto 6 pallet spaces, with a maximum height of 2.1m and a load length of 4.1m.
By accepting our quote you are accepting our T&C’s below.
1. There will be a 50% charge of the original price agreed for any job booking cancelled within 24-48hrs of the job been carried out.
2. If we have to wait more than 30 minutes at either the collection/delivery address a waiting charge will be incurred.
3. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-completion of jobs caused by circumstances outside of our control i.e. weather, major traffic delay, customer delays etc. If this happens we will contact you immediately.
4. You may incur additional charges if we have to pay for parking while loading/unloading. Where possible you need to reserve a parking space at the destination.
5. If we are sent to an alternative or incorrect address than on your listing we reserve the right to make an additional charge.
6. It is your responsibility to inform us of problems with access to the building or property, ie steps, no driveway, narrow access parking, so we know what to expect.
7. Please confirm any dismantling/reassembling, packing/unpacking before accepting, as it wouldn't be included in our quote.
8. You may incur extra charges if the actual amount of items on the day exceeds the amount of items that were detailed in your quote. We reserve the right to limit the amount of goods to the amount quoted.
9. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are properly packaged.
10. For palletised goods the height of the load should not exceed the longest base dimension of the pallet. Ensure the load is shrink wrapped to the pallet to maximise stability.
11. Palletised goods over 100kg will need to be loaded/unloaded with a forklift or delivery/collection must be made to a loading bay. We do not have the use of a forklift.
12. We do not take responsibility for already damaged goods which did not occur during transit.
13. Payment methods -Cash on collection/delivery or bank transfer- advance payment.
