| 2 Bed Flat Move | pfmakepeace24 | The day before we moved Alexandru (owner) got in touch to check what we were moving. I'd already completed the form on the Delivery Quote Compare site when I was wanting quotes. I explained that I'd filled the form in but he still wanted me to go through everything I was moving.
Removal van was 2 hours later than we were told. Tried to contact them and it just kept going to voicemail.
When they arrived the removal men were great although didn't have any information about the job. They asked had we paid for 2 or 4 hour slot?
They told us that they were told to leave to come to our property at 12 noon. They left at the time they were told but they had a 3 hour drive to get to our property. This meant there was no way they could get to the address for 1pm.
It made a very stressful time even more stressful. However the removal men did the job well. Response:Hi Pamela , really sorry if the phone call one day before wasn't appropriate but we need to double check if something changed on your list of items. also on what you listed is no showing over 50 boxes : Lounge / Dining / Reception Hat / Coat stands: 1 Standard lamps: 1 TVs: 1 Bedroom Chest of drawers, medium: 2 King size beds: 1 Single beds: 1 Bedside tables: 5 Ottomans: 1 Garage / Shed & Outside Effects Work / Garden bench: 1 Patio tables: 1 Patio chairs: 4 Plant pots: 6 and we didn't Charged you any £ extra for this 50 boxes. Unfortunately our Driver been in Hospital all night one day before and the start time has been delayed and i apologies for this .
