Ian takes a very personal approach, calls to confirm collection date and time, sends a text with image of car loaded which is very reassuring. And delivery to Devon spot on time, even called ahead to say delayed by an hour due to motorway traffic.
Service as personal as this is often lost in today's world, clearly not by Ian who cares for his customers and their vehicles.
Couldn't have been any better.

| 1 x Car / SUV: Mitsubishi L200 | avtar_d | A warrant has been issued by the local County Court Business Centre on behalf of Highways England against Mr ***** ****** ********It is claimed that on or around the 27/01/17 a vehicle registered to the above person namely an L200 Warrior LWB registration LL54 DLX was driven on the A282 Dartford Thurrock Crossing without payment of the required road user charge in the time and manner specified. The amount currently outstanding is £426 and the reference number is IA6441287A. This vehicle and another one was delivered by Mr Ian Taylor on the 26th Jan and 27th Jan 2017. He delivered them to the sheerness port and I paid him and all was fine to be honest. I have been out of the country since 1st February and been out again since 1st August. Bailiffs are knocking on my door and I am here in Africa...I have sent him text messages, emails and he has disappeared on Whatsapp. I have promised him more work as I have another 2 vehicles to export at Christmas but he was the driver and must take responsibility and pay this full amount urgently before this goes to the courts!!! I though Ian was a nice and responsible man but I am very shocked. Until he makes Payment I will not use him or recommend him to anyone else!!! Mr Ian Taylor please phone that contact and make payment as I have all the emails and photos as proof you was the driver on that route for that day as the cars were exported to Africa. I have all proof so please pay immediately. | |

I don't look at being involved in a road traffic accident as unreliable! I explained the situation to the customer within minutes of it happening and tried my best to get the job done.
