| 1 x Motorcycle: Reliant Robin | lcdenyer | As we had already been let down once by a driver for a different company, I had hopes that Steve would complete the job in a satisfactory manner. Although he contacted us quickly once we had accepted his quote and told us he would collect the car in 3/4 days time, this never happened and after several texts and emails he finally let us know that as the van got back late on the Sunday he wouldn't be collecting it Monday either, but would go on the following Wednesday. I then tried to get confirmation from him on the Monday night and all day Tuesday that he was still going, but he never replied. In the end I contacted DQC direct who managed to speak to him and told him that he had gone to collect the car but his vehicle was too small, so he was borrowing one from a friend. This didn't happen, he never replied to any further texts or emails, except my last text telling him to forget about collecting the car as I was making alternative arrangements. Never again! Response:Yhink this very unfair as i went on collection and as explained to seller that this different sizes as described and yes fit but was worried for damages . Thought of safety more than delivery. This actualy cost me money going and trying as i havent even paid anything for this i feel punished twice here . Cost and bad feed back . Even borrowing a vehicle to complete this | |
