He called me and I talked to a friend of mine because my English was not sufficient, and then I said that I would make an appointment for the carrier to pick it up and wait 10 minutes. please request I did and even told him that I would give him 50 pounds extra, but he didn't wait and came back. Then I wrote to him again on WhatsApp and asked him to refund half of my money. He said it was my fault. I told him that I would give him an extra 100 pounds and make an appointment at 10:00, and he did not answer me. I had planned all my work today according to this transportation. I lost money and my business was disrupted. I would like to ask you to please refund the transportation fee I paid. | |
| 1 x Car / SUV: Ford Mondeo | iofadl9 | Please avoid using this website and especially dealing with Gareth Evans because this person has scammed me and after paying the full charge of delivering my vehicle which was £671, this gentleman has collected my vehicle from Doncaster (Synetiq car yard) and left my vehicle in a car park called Central Car Park (B22 8DG), and every time I contacted him he was promising for the end of the week, ...etc. And after more than a month from he put the car in the mentioned car park I has arranged another car recovery company and paid a new charge and went over there and collected the vehicle. What is really strange is that he hasn't refund my money back (nothing at all) inspire my several text messages to him which he has read them. Also, I have sent a complaint to this website but no response & the website phone is all the time busy, so please avoid this website and protect yourself from scams. | |
| 1 x Car / SUV: Audi RS3 | major | Hello, for the past month I have been trying to move my car and I have been told lie after lie excuse after excuse to the point where it’s just a joke now. I paid on the 5th of September and was told my car would be collected on Wednesday nothing happen here is a list of messages i have received. I’ll call in a bit only got back in to the U.K. yesterday….. had problems with customs Yep I’ll call in a bit just loading up give me 30 mins I’ll call later on today just moving stuff around Morning….. I’ll call in a bit didn’t get home until 2am with work Morning….. I’m getting the ferry today so I’ll be with you tomorrow evening No it’s quicker if I drive throw France….. santandar is 36 hours Morning I’m hoping to be with you about three 4 o’clock depending on traffic I’m in Spain! About 300 miles away at at the police station and I’ll send you photos when they let me out! There checking my work permit! This is the 3rd time he said he was on his way and I had and got my car ready and installed the battery…. then he tells me 1 hour before arriving he’s been stopped by the police in Spain and at this point I don't believe his lies at all so I ask him to send me a picture and his location... he sends me a picture 2 hours later of a French police car... I live in Spain and they only have 3 types of police cars local,national and guarda civil. Then I call and offer to come and assist him cos I speak Spanish and he’s only 200 miles away and he says I can’t talk now and claims it’s a Spanish police car again and that they are taking me in for an interview and hangs up and doesn’t even call back the next day I had to chase him the next day and he says this… Morning I’ll call you in mo…. Just getting up didn’t get out till 10pm Just on phone to my dad Give me an hour and I’ll call you Then I finally get a call back hours later saying that he’s had enough and is going to visit his friend in Benidorm. and the police have taken his trailer and that he would come on Sunday… I ask for him to send me his location again for like the 15th time and still ignores it and sends nothing. Sunday arrivals, no call no messages no nothing. Now he wont even answer my calls and my money hasn’t been returned | |
